非洲猪瘟病毒调控宿主免疫应答分子机制的研究进展

摘要 非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)感染引起猪的一种高死亡率的病毒性传染病,给养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失。ASFV与宿主相互作用过程中,通过调控宿主干扰素应答、炎症反应、细胞凋亡、自噬等过程逃避机体免疫监视,从而有利于病毒的致病性和复制。但目前ASF防控产品的研发受到限制,其中关键因素之一可能是对ASFV调节宿主免疫应答的机制知之甚少。本文针对近年来ASFV感染后涉及的调控宿主免疫应答研究进行综述,以期有利于深入了解ASFV免疫调控的分子机制,为ASF相关防控产品的研发提供参考和帮助。 African swine fever(ASF) is an infectious disease caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV)that infects pigs with high mortality,causing huge economic losses to the swine industry.During the interactions between ASFV and host,ASFV can evade immune surveillance by regulating the host interferon response,inflammatory response,apoptosis,autophagy and other processes,which will facilitates the pathogenicity and replication of the virus.However,the development of ASF prevention and control products is currently limited,the main causes may be associated with the limited knowledge of the mechanism of ASFV modulating host immunity responses.This paper provides an overview of research advances on the modulation of host immune responses after ASFV infection,which provide insights into the molecular mechanisms of ASFV immune escape.We also provide reference and assistance for the development of ASF-related prevention and control products.
