摘要
移动设备普及的当下,用户生活习惯发生显著变化,对服务的需求逐步提高。文章基于微信APP平台,以满足用户日益增长的对美好生活的需求为目标,提出一份智媒时代社区公共服务公众号设计策略。以实际问题为源,深析智媒时代用户公共服务需求,提出社区公众号服务设计策略,展望社区公共服务发展方向,将社群与公众号深度链接,提高用户体验的同时增加用户黏性。重在为用户输出全面、可靠的信息,提供有效、快捷的帮助,接收实时、重要的反馈,使用户充分享受智媒时代公共服务带来的便捷。
With the popularity of mobile devices,users’living habits have changed significantly,and the service demand has gradually increased.Based on We Chat APP platform,this paper aims to meet the growing needs of users and put forward a design strategy for community public service official account in the era of intelligent media.Based on practical problems,this paper analyzes the needs of users in public service in the age of intelligent media,puts forward the design strategies of community official account service,and looks forward to the direction of community public service development,linking the community with official account deeply,improving user experience and increasing user stickiness.Focus on outputting comprehensive and reliable information for users;Provide effective and fast help;Receive real-time and important feedback;Enable users to fully enjoy the convenience brought by public services in the era of smart media.
