摘要
目的:探讨5E学习环结合情境模拟教学在消化专业研究生内镜教学中的作用。方法:将在我院进行胃镜培训的研究生分成实验组和对照组,实验组以5E学习环模式结合情境模拟教学,对照组按照传统胃镜教学方式进行,比较两组学生胃镜教学质量。结果:两组学生在胃镜考核总成绩、操作技能考核方面无差异,实验组在内镜图片判读能力和医学人文素养方面较对照组有明显提高。结论:5E学习环模式结合情境模拟教学法在胃镜教学中安全有效,与传统教学方法效果一致,并可显著提高学生的内镜诊断能力和协作沟通能力。
Objective: To explore the effects of applying method of 5 E learning cycle combined with simulation in the experimental course of endoscopic teaching for graduates. Methods: Graduates who received endoscopic training in clinic were divided into control group and experimental group. 5 E learning cycle combined with simulation was taken in the experimental group. The conventional teaching was taken in the control group. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results: There was no statistical difference in total score and skill level of the test of endoscopy. The ability of reading and diagnosis, and the sense of humanistic care was obviously rising for the graduates who enrolled in the experimental group. Conclusion: The teaching method of 5 E Learning Cycle combined with Simulation had positive effects in the endoscopic teaching for graduates, which was proved to be effective and safe, and could obviously raise the ability of communication and cooperation.
