摘要
生产经营活动过程中得到员工认可并一同遵循的行为规范和价值理念总和就是企业文化,现代化企业都十分注重企业文化的建设,在客户视野中形成统一的服务标准和品牌形象认知,将其转化为企业核心竞争力的一个重要构成部分的,通过塑造良好的企业形象和支撑服务水平稳定发展来实现企业客户群体不断扩大。文中将以XX物流企业为例,探究企业文化建设与塑造企业形象的关系,并就物流企业文化建设思路和路径提出建议。
The sum of the code of conduct and value concepts that are recognized and followed by employees in the process of production and operation is the enterprise culture.Modern enterprises attach great importance to the construction of enterprise culture, form a unified service standard and brand image recognition in the perspective of customers, and transform it into an important component of the core competitiveness of enterprises.By shaping a good corporate image and supporting the stable development of service level, the enterprise customer group will continue to expand.This article will take some logistics enterprise as an example to explore the relationship between the construction of enterprise culture and the shaping of corporate image, and put forward suggestions on the ideas and paths of the construction of logistics enterprise culture.
