摘要
通常采用纳氏试剂分光光度法监测地表水中氨氮的含量,若水样浑浊或者有颜色时,需要用絮凝沉淀法对样品进行预处理。但该处理方法操作过程相对复杂,等待时间偏长。尝试用0.45μm滤膜过滤水样,操作简单且无需等待。通过两种方法的对比,发现标准样品测定和实际水样的测定均数据稳定、符合标准。因此,采用0.45μm滤膜对水样进行预处理,可应用于地表水中氨氮含量的测定。
The content of ammonia nitrogen in surface water is usually determined by the Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry. If the water sample is cloudy or colored,it is necessary to use flocculation precipitation method to pretreat the sample. However,the operation process of this method is relatively complicated and the waiting time is long. A 0.45 μm filter membrane was used to filter water samples,simple operation and no waiting.By comparing the two methods,it is found that the ammonia nitrogen content data measured with the standard sample and the actual water sample are very stable and conform to the standard. Therefore,the pretreatment of water sample with 0.45μm filter membrane can be applied to the determination of ammonia nitrogen content in surface water.
