胶结颗粒料坝用箱式固坡初步成型装置在守口堡水库的应用

摘要 胶结颗粒料坝是一种新发展的坝型,固坡施工中,现有技术削坡法和模板固坡法存在施工成本较高、施工效率低下且安全隐患较大等问题。在守口堡水库大坝施工过程中设计并使用了箱式固坡初步成型装置,大大降低了施工成本,加快了施工速度,减少了安全隐患,提升了环保效益。箱式固坡初步成型装置在保证工程质量前提下,对胶凝颗粒料筑坝技术起到了积极的推动作用,具有一定的经济效益和社会效益,值得类似工程借鉴。 Cemented granular material dam is a newly developed dam type. In slope reinforcement construction,the existing slope cutting method and formwork slope reinforcement method have problems such as high construction cost,low construction efficiency and large potential safety hazards. During the dam construction of Shoukoubu Reservoir,a box type preliminary shaping device for slope reinforcement was designed and used,which greatly reduced the construction cost,accelerated the construction speed,reduced the potential safety hazards and improved the environmental protection benefits. On the premise of ensuring the project quality,the preliminary shaping device of box type slope consolidation has played a positive role in promoting the technology of cementitious granular material dam construction,and has certain economic and social benefits,which is worthy of reference for similar projects.
