摘要
我国高等教育蓬勃发展,国家对高校投入经费不断增加,高校资金支出也在不断增多,加上政府会计准则制度全面施行、大数据时代到来等,都对高校财务队伍提出了新的挑战和要求。在此背景下,对河南省部分高校财务人员基本情况进行调研,发现高校财务队伍建设存在一定的问题。从人力资源管理职能角度来看,高校管理层应重视财务队伍人才梯队建设,优化人员结构,培训紧跟时代要求,提高财务管理能力和信息化水平,建立健全激励机制和绩效评价机制,以使河南省高校能轻松应对新形势下的挑战。
This article addresses the challenges for the financial staff in institutions of higher learning. These challenges rise from the growing fund input from the government, the greater expenditure of the institutions, the implementation of the national accounting standards system and the closer surveillance aided by big data technology. In this context, an investigation was conducted into the financial staff in some colleges and universities in China′s Henan province and some problems were identified. Research results suggest that more emphasis should be placed on optimizing the staff structure, providing updated training to improve the personnel′s capacity of financial management and information technology, and establishing sound incentive and performance assessment systems.
