摘要
目的探讨全面护理干预对血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症发生率和自护能力的影响。方法择取2020年7月至2021年7月在本院接受治疗的80例血液透析患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40,常规护理干预)与试验组(n=40,全面护理干预)。比较两组的干预效果。结果试验组的动静脉内瘘相关并发症总发生率及血流量不足发生率显著低于对照组,动静脉内瘘血流量高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组的自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技术及健康知识掌握评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组的D-二聚体(D-D)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面护理干预有助于减少血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症的发生,提高其自护能力,改善凝血功能指标。
Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula and self-care ability in hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 80 hemodialysis patients treated in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group(n=40, routine nursing intervention) and experimental group(n=40, comprehensive nursing intervention) by random number table method. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of arteriovenous fistula-related complications and the incidence of insufficient blood flow in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group, and the blood flow of arteriovenous fistula was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of self-concept, self-responsibility, self-care technology and health knowledge mastery in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the levels of D-Dimer(D-D), prothrombin time(PT) and fibrinogen(FIB) in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can help reduce the occurrence of complications of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients, improve their self-care ability, and ameliorate coagulation function indexes.
