摘要
针对环氧体系钢桥面铺装坑槽病害修补技术,依托某环氧体系钢桥分别选用了重熔浇注式沥青、冷拌环氧浇注式沥青和热拌环氧+高弹改性沥青SMA技术进行实桥修补应用,并对比分析了其使用效果。结果表明,3种材料均具备良好的材料特性和路用性能,满足钢桥面铺装规范的指标要求,其中重熔浇注式沥青混合料与原环氧铺装的材料模量差异较大,尽管自身具有优异的防水性能,但施工接缝处易形成次生病害;冷拌浇注式混合料维修工艺简单,使用效果良好,适宜于小面积坑槽(≤1 m^(2))便捷维修;热拌EA+SMA技术整体使用状态良好,但工艺设备要求较高,现场实施难度较大,仅适宜大面积的坑槽维修作业。
In order to study the application effect of the repair technology for the pothole of epoxy system steel bridge deck pavement,based on an epoxy system steel bridge,remelting gussasphalt,cold-mixed epoxy gussasphalt and hot-mixed epoxy asphalt+high elastic modified bitumen SMA technology were respectively applied on the real bridge.The application effect of each technical was compared and analyzed.The results show that three technologies can meet the requirements of the relevant specifications with good material characteristics and pavement performance.Due to a large material modulus difference between the remelting gussasphalt mixture and the original epoxy pavement,although the material itself has excellent waterproof performance,it is easy to form secondary diseases at the construction joints even though it has good waterproof performance.Cold-mix epoxy gussasphlat mixture maintenance process is simple,suitable for small area(≤1 m^(2))convenient maintenance.The hot mix EA+SMA condition is good in whole,but the process equipment requirements are high and the on-site implementation is difficult,which is only suitable for large area of repair operations.
