摘要
线性霍尔作为齿槽型有限转角力矩电机常用的位置反馈器件,目前对其输出信号的稳定性研究很少。从其工作原理、感应磁场的特点提取出对其影响的相关因素;利用有限元分析手段,针对感应磁钢的安装位置及形状、不同电流下的绕组端部漏磁对其影响进行了分析,并利用样机进行了试验验证。为后续该类产品的工程应用提供设计依据。
The linear Hall is a common position feedback device of the cogging-type limited angle torque motor,but the research on its output signal stability is rare.This paper summarizes the influencing factors on the output signal stability from the aspects of the working principles and the induced magnetic field characteristics of the linear Hall.Through finite element analysis,the effect of the installation position and shape of the inducing magnet steel,and the magnetic leakage at the winding overhang under different current are analyzed.Finally,a prototype is used for verification.This study has provided reference for the design and engineering application of this kind of products.
