摘要
以2000—2021年风景园林行业专利信息为依据,综合采用计量分析法、对比分析法等科学方法,分别从专利申请量、申请类型、授权率、法律状态、技术领域分布、申请人排名、专利申请方向与行业核心技术领域对比、专利运营情况及专利价值度等领域进行重点检索与分析。研究表明,风景园林行业的专利数量与授权率总体呈上升趋势,专利申请行为活跃,知识产权保护的意识有所提升。但同时也存在专利申请领域覆盖不全面、申请分布不均衡、专利价值度和复用率较低等问题。针对以上问题,研究提出针对行业优先发展领域重点发展核心技术,采用合适的专利保护方式,有目的性地进行专利布局,抓住新一代信息技术发展机遇等建议。
Based on the patent information of landscape architecture industry from 2000 to 2021,the scientific methods of quantitative analysis and com-parative analysis are synthetically used to carry out key retrieval and analysis from patent application quantity,application type,authorization rate,legal status,technology field distribution,applicant,technology innovation focus,comparison between patent application direction and industry core technology fields,patent operation and patent value.This research shows that the number of patents in landscape architecture is on the rise,the patent application behavior is active,and the awareness of intellectual property protection is improved.However,there are also some problems such as incomplete coverage of patent application field,unbalanced distribution of patent application,low patent value and reuse rate.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as focusing on the development of core technologies in the priority development areas of the industry,adopting appropriate ways of patent protection,carrying out patent layout purposefully and seizing the development opportunities of the new generation of information technology.
