摘要
为确定新疆阿克苏地区某鸡场鸡精神不振、采食量减少和死亡的原因,试验对采集自该鸡场病死鸡内脏器官进行病原的分离鉴定,并进行动物致病性试验和药物敏感性试验,分析其致病力和耐药性。结果显示,从发病鸡内脏器官中分离到一株革兰氏阳性球菌,分离菌对复方新诺明、麦迪霉素、红霉素、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、阿莫西林、青霉素、克林霉素、氨苄西林等药物表现为耐药,对部分头孢类、四环素类、氨基糖苷类、氯霉素类和多肽类药物表现为不同程度敏感;通过对分离菌进行形态学观察、生化试验、16S rRNA基因测序和同源性分析,确定该分离菌为人葡萄球菌。该分离菌可引起小鼠和雏鸡死亡,死亡雏鸡以肝脏肿大出血、胃黏膜出血等内脏器官出血为主要病理变化,与自然发病一致。研究首次在鸡上分离出人葡萄球菌,为鸡的人葡萄球菌病防治和合理用药提供依据。
In order to determine the cause that chickens with depression, diet reduction and death in a chicken farm in Aksu area of Xinjiang, the pathogen was isolated and identified from the organs of the sick and dead chickens collected from the chicken farm, and animal pathogenicity test and drug sensitivity test, analysis of its pathogenicity and drug resistance. The results showed that a Gram-positive cocci was isolated from the internal organs of dead chickens. The isolates were resistant to cotrimoxazole, midecamycin, erythromycin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, amoxicillin, penicillin, clindamycin, ampicillin and other drugs, but sensitive in different degree to cephalosporins, tetracyclines, aminoglycosides, chloramphenicol and polypeptide drugs. Through morphological observation, biochemical test, 16S rRNA gene sequencing and homology analysis, the isolated pathogen was identified as Staphylococcus hominis. The animal pathogenicity test showed that the isolated bacteria could cause death of mice and chicks. The main pathological changes in the dead chicks were hemorrhage of internal organ such as hemorrhage of liver enlargement and hemorrhage of gastric mucosa, which were consistent with the natural cases. In this study, Staphylococcus hominis was isolated from chickens for the first time, which would provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of Staphylococcus hominis disease in chickens and rational drug use.
