摘要
城市公园与人口协调发展是长三角人居环境高质量发展的重要表征。基于集对分析中的同异反联系度和集对势的协调评价模型对2006—2019年长三角市际公园与人口协调性进行了评价。结果显示:整体上公园与人口两系统呈正向发展态势,协调程度趋好,但稳定性较弱;各协调类型城市公园与人口系统内部差异较大,公园系统协调性总体优于人口系统协调性,公园总量、公园格局、人口生活水平因子协调影响力强;时序上“一核五圈”城市群公园与人口协调能力保持正向发展态势,空间上圈层之间协调能力杭州、宁波都市圈领先、上海较差。研究可为长三角公园系统的优化、人地协调状况的平衡以及城镇化的健康发展提供理论指导。
The Yangtze River Delta is the pilot area of China’s urbanization process,and a typical area of the contradiction between park resources and population demand,which has entered a new stage of high-quality and deep integration development.The spatial agglomeration of urban parks and the supply of high-quality public services have increased the overall attractiveness of the living environment in the Yangtze River Delta and enhanced the people’s sense of access and happiness.The coordinated development of urban parks and population is an important symbol the high-quality development of human settlement environment in the Yangtze River Delta.In this paper,41 prefecture-level and above cities in the Yangtze River Delta are taken as the research units,divided into two dimensions:parks system and population system.The park dimension selects some indicators to measure the matching relationship between park area and population,to characterize the spatial pattern of park distribution,to match park service capacity with population.The population dimension selects some indicators to reflect population density and agglomeration,population distribution characteristics,and the quality of life of residents under a specific space-time background.An index system is constructed to investigate the coordination relationship and evolution characteristics of“park-population”in cities of the Yangtze River Delta.Then,by introducing the uncertainty theory and using the coordination evaluation model of identical-discrepancy-contrary connection degree and set pair potential in set pair analysis,this paper quantitatively evaluates the coordination between parks and population in the Yangtze River Delta from 2006 to 2019 in terms of system coordination,difference degree and coordination ability,and explores the coordinated development relationship between park and population system and its internal elements,as well as the degree of development coordination among the city circles in the Yangtze River Delta.The results show that:1)From
