摘要
目的:分析叶酸代谢相关酶基因多态性与先兆流产的相关性。方法:选取2018年2月-2019年12月淄博市精准基因检测关键技术重点实验室检查的先兆流产孕妇100例作为观察组,选取同期健康孕妇100例为对照组。两组均行口腔刮检采集口腔黏膜上皮细胞,提取基因DNA,对比分析两组孕妇叶酸代谢相关基因亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)中的A1298C、C677T及甲硫氨酸合成酶还原酶(MTRR)A66G基因构成。结果:与对照组比较,观察组MTHFR中的A1298C中AA、AC构成更高,CC构成更低;C677T基因构成中CC构成更低,CT、TT构成更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MTHFR A1298C和C677T基因突变与先兆流产的发生有一定相关性。
Objective:To analyze the correlation between folic acid metabolism related enzyme gene polymorphism and threatened abortion.Methods:One hundred pregnant women with threatened abortion examined by Key Laboratory of Precision Gene Testing from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and one hundred healthy pregnant women during the same period were selected as the control group.Oral curettage was performed in both groups to collect oral mucosal epithelial cells and extract genetic DNA.The genetic DNA was extracted,and the gene composition of A1298C,C677T and A66G of methylene tetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)and methionine synthetase reductase(MTRR)in folate metabolism related genes of pregnant women in the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the A1298C of MTHFR in the observation group had a higher AA and AC composition and a lower CC composition.CC component of C677T gene was lower,and CT and TT components were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MTHFR A1298C and C677T gene mutations were associated with the occurrence of threatened abortion.
