摘要
技工院校学生的生源素质是众所周知的,在各类专业中尤其是中职汽修类专业,生源素质低的问题特别突出。随着技工院校教育改革的不断深入,各类技工院校的学生管理制度和教师管理制度也越来越完善,更不缺好的管理制度。但是面对相同生源素质的中职类汽修专业学生,我们也会发现,通过学生来校一年到两年的学习,有些班级的汽修专业能力和学生素养明显发生了质的变化,而有些班级从专业到学生素养,再到口碑一直在垫底的行列。这里的关键因数最主要的还是教师的因数,也就是说技工院校汽修专业教师的德育水平直接决定着汽修专业学生的综合能力的提升。
The quality of students in technical colleges is well known, and the problem of low quality of students is particularly prominent in various majors, especially in middle vocational auto repair majors. With the deepening of the educational reform of technical colleges, the student management system and teacher management system of various technical colleges and universities have become more and more perfect, and there is no shortage of good management systems. However, in the face of middle-class auto repair students with the same student quality, it is also found that through the students coming to school for one to two years of study, some classes have significantly changed their auto repair professional ability and student literacy, while some classes have been at the bottom of the ranks from major to student literacy and then to reputation. The key factor here is mainly the teacher’s factor, that is, the moral education level of auto repair teachers in technical colleges directly determines the improvement of the comprehensive ability of auto repair students.
