摘要
社会经济的日渐繁荣,加快我国各行各业的现代化发展进程,我国的生产制造业也取得明显的进步。企业在生产与发展过程中,成熟和灵活的使用机电一体化技术,充分发挥一体化技术在智能制造中的作用,加快了制造业的现代化发展步伐。对于新型的制造产业来说,过去的制造模式有一些不足存在,逐渐被人们淘汰。结合现阶段来看,将机械技术和科学良好结合的机电一体化技术的应用,大大的提高了汽车工业生产的效率与质量,大量工业机器人的产生创新和优化了过去常应用的制造模式,节省人力,生产效益更为明显,基于汽车工业机器人的优势,未来汽车工业机器人将与机电一体化良好的融合到一起,共同完成现代化生产作业。本文针对企业工业机器人中机电一体化技术的应用展开分析,力求通过全面的分析,为企业以及相关从业人员的工作实践提高有效参考。
The increasing prosperity of the social economy has accelerated the modernization and development process of all walks of life in China,and China’s production and manufacturing industry has also made obvious progress.In the process of production and development,enterprises mature and flexible use of mechatronics technology gives full play to the role of integrated technology in intelligent manufacturing,and accelerates the pace of modernization and development of the manufacturing industry.For the new manufacturing industry,the past manufacturing model has some shortcomings and is gradually eliminated.Combined with the current stage,the application of mechanical technology and science well combined mechatronics technology,greatly improve the efficiency and quality of automotive industry production.A large number of industrial robots innovation and optimization of the past often use manufacturing mode,saving manpower,and production benefits are more obvious.Based on the advantages of automotive industrial robots,the future automotive industrial robots will be well integrated with mechatronics to jointly complete modern production operations.This paper analyzes the application of mechatronics technology in enterprise industrial robots,and strives to improve the effective reference for the working practice of enterprises and related practitioners through comprehensive analysis.
