摘要
在马克思恩格斯的语境中,美好生活与文化权益之间有着清晰的内在逻辑联系。美好生活内蕴文化权益实现,文化权益作为身内自然人化的必要手段,是走向美好生活的现实路径。基于经典文本能够看到,马克思恩格斯以科学文化知识获得权益、精神文化成果享有权益、精神文化产品创造权益为基本内容,深刻批判资本主义社会践踏工人文化权益,进而剥夺工人美好生活的社会现实。以马克思恩格斯关于美好生活建设的文化权益逻辑为内在理据,着力打造高质量教育体系保障人民科学文化知识获得权益、供给高质量公共文化服务保障人民精神文化成果享有权益、构建高质量文化产业格局保障人民精神文化产品创造权益,对于当今中国以保障和维护人民文化权益为基本路向推进美好生活建设,具有重要的实践指引价值。
In the context of Marx and Engels, there is a clear internal logic connection between a good life and cultural rights and interests. A good life implies the realization of cultural rights and interests. As the necessary means of “the humanization of naturalness within the body”,cultural rights and interests are realistic paths to a better life. It can be seen from classic texts that taking the rights and interests of obtaining scientific and cultural knowledge, the rights and interests of enjoying spiritual and cultural achievements, and the rights and interests of creating spiritual and cultural products as the basic content, Marx and Engels deeply criticized capitalist societies for trampling on workers’ cultural rights and interests and then depriving workers of a good life. Taking the logic of cultural rights and interests of Marx and Engels about the construction of a better life as the internal basis, we should strive to build a high-quality education system to protect people’s rights and interests of obtaining scientific and cultural knowledge, provide high-quality public cultural services to ensure people’s rights and interests of enjoying spiritual and cultural achievements, and build a high-quality cultural industry structure to ensure people’s rights and interests of creating spiritual and cultural products. It has important practical guiding value for China today to promote the construction of a better life based on the protection and maintenance of people’s cultural rights and interests.
