摘要
目的探讨人文关怀理念融入在生殖中心护理咨询门诊的应用效果。方法选取2020年4月—2022年3月生殖中心护理咨询门诊患者100例为研究对象,根据组间基本资料匹配原则分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于人文关怀理念的护理模式护理,比较两组护理效果。结果两组患者护理干预前心理弹性、SAS、SDS评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。采用基于人文关怀理念的护理模式护理后,观察组坚韧、力量、乐观、心理弹性总分均高于对照组,护理后SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理满意程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组妊娠成功率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对生殖中心护理咨询门诊患者实施基于人文关怀理念的护理,能够减轻其内心焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高护理满意度和心理弹性。
Objective To explore the effect of integrating the humanistic care concept in the nursing consultation clinic of the reproductive centre.Methods From April 2020 to March 2022,100 cases of patients in the nursing consultation clinic of the reproductive centre were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group of 50 cases in each group according to the principle of matching basic information between groups.The control group adopted conventional nursing care,the observation group adopted a nursing model based on the concept of humanistic care.Results The differences in psychological resilience,SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before the nursing intervention were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the adoption of the care model based on the concept of humanistic care,the total scores of resilience,strength,optimism and psychological resilience in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the SAS and SDS scores were lower than the control group after the care intervention.The patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the care than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the difference in the pregnancy success rate between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of care based on the humanistic care concept for patients in the nursing consultation clinic of the fertility centre could reduce their inner anxiety and depression,and improve their satisfaction with care and psychological resilience.
