摘要
目的探讨“五位一体”培训模式在消毒供应中心(CSSD)专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法选择2021年10月于海军军医大学第二附属医院CSSD待培训专科护士82名,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组与观察组,每组41名,开展为期2周的培训。对照组采用传统带教模式,观察组采用“五位一体”培训模式。比较两组CSSD专科护士培训后的理论知识考核成绩、专业技能考核成绩及其对培训模式的认可度。结果培训后,观察组CSSD专科护士在消毒管理制度、消毒专业知识、消毒管理流程、消毒环境检测与保护、消毒职业安全防护方面考核成绩及总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CSSD专科护士在蒸汽消毒、化学消毒/灭菌、复杂器械拆装与消毒、湿包的判断与处理、灭菌后包装专科技能考核成绩及总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CSSD专科护士对“五位一体”培训模式在提高个人素质、强化理论知识、提升专业技能、提升解决困难能力、提升工作信心方面的认可程度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“五位一体”培训模式可提升CSSD专科护士的理论知识及专业技能的考核成绩,且CSSD专科护士对“五位一体”培训模式具有较高的认可度。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of the"five-in-one"training model in the training of specialist nurses in central sterile supply department(CSSD).Methods 82 specialist nurses were selected for training at the CSSD of the Second Affiliated Hospital of the Naval Military Medical University in October 2021,they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between the groups.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,the observation group adopted the"five-in-one"training model.The results of the theoretical knowledge assessment,the professional skills assessment and the recognition of the training model between the two groups were compared.Results After training,the CSSD specialist nurses in the observation group achieved higher scores than the control group in the assessment of sterilization management system,sterilization expertise,sterilization management process,sterilization environment testing and protection,and sterilization occupational safety protection,and the overall scores were statistically significant(P<0.05);the CSSD specialist nurses in the observation group achieved higher scores in steam disinfection,chemical disinfection/sterilization,disassembly,sterilization of complex instruments and wet pack.The observation group's CSSD specialist nurses'recognition of the"five-in-one"training model in terms of improving personal quality,strengthening theoretical knowledge,enhancing professional skills,improving the ability to solve difficulties and improving confidence in work was higher than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"five-in-one"training model could improve the theoretical knowledge and professional skills of CSSD nurses,and CSSD nurses had a higher recognition of the"five-in-one"training model.
