用角钢外传力的钢管柱框架节点性能分析

摘要 实际工程施工中,钢管柱标高定位的错误时有发生,导致柱内隔板与柱外梁截面错位,使得内隔板失效,柱壁直接承受梁端传来的拉压力和剪力,节点性能急剧下降。针对实际工程柱标高错误的情况,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立16个四等高梁钢管柱-钢梁框架加固型节点模型进行对比。通过对荷载-位移曲线、Mises路径应力分布及柱外壁路径变形的分析,讨论角钢传力件不同参数对钢框架节点工作性能的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内角钢边厚和变宽的增加以及棱角间距的减小可以明显改善节点性能,超出范围改善则不明显。角钢传力件参数建议取值为:梁翼缘厚度为边厚,0.8倍的梁翼缘宽度为边宽,棱角间距取为梁翼缘厚度。依此可显著提高框架节点的承载能力,明显降低梁柱交接焊缝处应力,有效地约束节点柱壁处的凹凸变形,塑性铰外移,从而使节点在承受荷载时不会首先破坏,实现了强节点弱构件的目的。 During engineering construction, the mistake of the steel column elevation occurs frequently which leads to the inner curtain dislocated and invalid, and the column wall bears the tension, pressure and shear force directly from the beams, the performance of the steel joint deteriorates dramatically. In view of the practical engineering mentioned above, 16 steel pipe column-beam frame joints equipped with 4 same height beams are built up by the professional finite element software ABAQUS. According to the analysis of the load-displacement curves, distribution of Mises path stress and the deformation outside the columns, the influences to the working performance of beam-column joint because of the different force-transferring elements made of angle steel have been discussed. It indicates that within a certain range, increasing the thickness and width of angle steel and reducing the distance between edge angle of steel column and angle steel can improve the performance of joints obviously, or else faintly outside this range. The recommended parameters of angle steel are as follows: thickness of angle steel is best equal to the beam-flanges, width of angle steel should be 0.8 times as beam-flanges, the distance between edge angle of steel column and angle steel is also best same as the thickness of beam-flanges. This way, load-bearing capacity of the joints has greatly and stably increased, stress at junction of beam and column where existing main welding seams has significantly been reduced, the deformation outside the columns can be restrained effectually, and plastic hinge moves outside the joints. All this can prevent joints safely from the loading outside and realize the goal of “strong-joint and weak-member”.
