摘要
退伍复学大学生作为大学生入伍政策衍生的新群体,其数量逐年递增。历经了“校园—军营—校园”的退伍复学大学生的价值观与普通大学生之间是否存在差异?通过对121名普通大学生、25名退伍复学大学生进行问卷调查,及对两类群体各10名大学生进行深度访谈发现:退伍复学大学生的爱国意识、责任感、抗压能力更强,同时退伍复学大学生更重视规则和制度,更愿意换位思考;两类大学生价值观差异的原因在于军营中开展思想政治教育的形式多样化、注重理论与实践相统一及士兵角色赋予的责任担当。基于以上发现,高校思想政治教育需积极引导大学生加强对价值观内涵的认识,应充分发挥退伍复学大学生在思想政治教育中的示范引领作用,还要借鉴、学习军营思想政治教育经验。
As a new group derived from the enrollment policy of college students,the number of veteran college students is increasing year by year with the increase of the number of college students joining the army.Through the questionnaire survey of 121 ordinary college students and 25 veteran college students and the in-depth interview of 10 college students from the two groups respectively,it is found that the veteran college students have stronger patriotism,sense of responsibility and pressure resistance.At the same time,the veteran college students pay more attention to the rules and system itself,and are more willing to think and understand others.The reasons for the differences between the two types of college students'values lie in the diversification of the forms of ideological and political education in the military camp,the unity of theory and practice and the responsibility given by the role of soldiers.Based on the above findings,college ideological and political education should actively guide college students to strengthen their understanding of the connotation of values,give full play to the exemplary and leading role of veteran college students in ideological and political education,and learn from the experience of military ideological and political education.
