摘要
本文分析了农民阅读服务的有关文献。以郯城县图书馆近5年开展农民阅读服务的实践为研究对象,概括了郯城县图书馆开展农民阅读服务的概况和效果。指出了当前基层图书馆在农民阅读服务工作面临的困境:农民阅读服务缺位与资源浪费,农民阅读理念错位与意愿薄弱,农民阅读观念扭曲与意识淡薄,农民阅读主体流失与动力不足。阐述了基层图书馆要探索“百姓点单”服务模式,推进送餐式阅读推广活动,课程化阅读教育活动,发挥图书馆的社会教育和阅读阵地功能,促进农民阅读,进而推动乡村文化振兴的进程。
Taking the practice of farmers’ reading service carried out in Tancheng Library in recent five years as an example, the paper analyzes the relevant literature on the reading service of farmers, summarizes the general situation and effect, and points out the difficulties faced by grass-roots libraries in farmers’ reading service: vacancy of service and waste of resources, farmers’ weak reading concept and will, farmers’ misaligned reading concept and little consciousness, reading subject outflow and lack of motivation. The paper expounds that grass-roots libraries should explore the service mode of “people order”, promote “food delivery” reading promotion activities and curriculum reading education activities as well as give play to the function of social education and reading position of libraries in order to develop farmers’ reading service and then promote the process of rural culture revitalization.
