摘要
从江苏地区市级公共图书馆志愿者制度、招募、培训、组织管理机构、服务品牌、反馈评价、激励措施等方面总结图书馆志愿服务运营管理现状。建议公共图书馆从依托志愿平台进行志愿服务信息“云管理”、统一管理机构“云匹配”志愿人力资源、多平台立体“云宣传”志愿服务信息、多元化“云激励”增加志愿者认同感等方面探索公共图书馆志愿者组织“智慧化”管理发展的路径。
The paper provides an overview of the current state of operation and management of volunteer service in public libraries from the perspective of volunteer system, recruitment, training, organization and management institution, service brand, feedback evaluation and incentive measures of municipal public libraries in the Jiangsu area. The research and analysis presented in the paper lead to the conclusion that several factors should be considered for public libraries in exploring the path to “intelligent” management development of volunteer organizations of public libraries: first, utilizing the voluntary platform to implement “cloud management” of volunteer services information;second, integrating management organization and organizing volunteers human resources through the use of “cloud matching”;third, using “cloud publicity” to facilitate the multi-platform and three-dimensional development of volunteer service information;and fourth, enhancing volunteers’ sense of identity with diverse “cloud incentives.”
