摘要
在复合重金属污染的水稻土壤中分别添加1%、5%和10%(质量分数)的堆肥,150 d后观察土壤微生物群落的结构和组成变化。研究发现,堆肥对根际细菌群落的影响表现出剂量依赖效应。低等(1%)和中等(5%)堆肥添加量对根际细菌群落结构的影响比对非根际细菌群落的影响更大。根际土壤细菌多样性在添加堆肥后明显低于非根际土壤细菌多样性。冗余分析(RDA)结果表明,根际和非根际细菌群落对土壤理化性质(如p H、Pb、Cd和Cu含量)变化的响应不同,可能是根际和非根际细菌群落差异的原因之一。因此,在农业管理中应该考虑堆肥的施加对根际微生物的影响。
Different doses(1%,5%,10%,mass fraction)of animal manure compost were added into a multi-heavy metal contaminated paddy soil for 150 d,and the changes in microbial structure and composition were evaluated.Compost exhibited dose-dependent effects on the rhizosphere bacterial community.Low(1%)and middle(5%)additions of compost exerted more distinct influence on bacterial community structure in rhizosphere soil than in bulk soil.The bacterial diversity after addition of compost decreased in rhizosphere soils compared with that in bulk soil.Results of redundancy analysis(RDA)indicated that different responses of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere bacterial community to the changed soil physicochemical properties(soil p H,Pb,Cd and Cu levels)might be one reason for the differences.Thus,in agricultural management practice,the influence of compost on rhizosphere microbes should be considered.
