摘要 火力发电厂输煤管道中煤粉要以稳定、合适的速度运动,机组才能达到最佳的发电效率。为提高锅炉煤粉的燃烧效率,确保锅炉的经济安全运行,采用静电感应法对一次风输煤管道煤粉速度进行在线测量,相对偏差在3%以内,为各燃烧器的给粉均匀性提供指导,有利于降低污染物排放。 The pulverized coal in the coal conveying pipeline of thermal power plant should move at a stable and appropriate speed,so that the unit can achieve the best power generation efficiency.In order to improve the pulverized coal combustion efficiency of the boiler and ensure the economic and safe operation of the boiler,the speed of pulverized coal in the primary wind coal pipeline was measured online by electrostatic induction method.The relative deviation of the test results is within 3%,which can provide guidance for the uniformity of powder feeding of each burner and help reduce pollutant emissions.
