摘要
货币出现至今,经历了自然货币、金属铸币和纸币三个阶段,现在正处于由纸币向数字货币发展的新阶段。历史上货币的重大变革都具有其内在规律,就是社会经济发展阶段提升对货币数量需求的变化超过了原有货币的供给能力,而供给侧科技能力的进步使得满足这种数量变化的新货币成为可能。变革的发生往往又伴随着铸币权这一财富权力的博弈。未来的数字货币将会带来货币价值与数量理论的突破,采用信息与智能新科技建立发行、运行的新机制,体现世界经济力量格局的新均衡。
Since the currency appears so far, it experienced three phases, which includes natural currency,metal currency and paper currency. It is in the process of transition to the digital currency nowadays. Each currency evolution came from the quantity shortage of money demand and development of material technology on the supply side. The solution was always based on the balance of the powers to the wealth. In the future, the new digital currency will bring the new theories of the currency value and quantity, the new IT&intelligence applications, and the new balance of the economy powers.
