摘要
本文主要介绍了管桩垂直度自动监测的三种方法:激光扫描仪监测法、激光测距传感器监测法和位移传感器监测法。管桩垂直度自动监测可实现实时自动监控,代替传统人工测量,提高沉桩垂直度精度,达到满足管桩垂直度自动测量的精度要求和便捷性要求,为提高沉桩效率和自动化施工提供参考借鉴。
This paper mainly introduces three methods automatic monitoring of pile verticality:laser scanner monitoring method,laser ranging sensor monitoring method and displacement sensor monitoring method.Automatic monitoring of pipe pile verticality can realize real-time automatic monitoring,replace traditional manual measurement,improve the accuracy of pile sinking verticality,meet the accuracy and convenience requirements of automatic measurement of pipe pile verticality,and provide reference for improving pile sinking efficiency and automatic construction.
