经济地理与新疆国民体质健康的空间分析--基于混合地理加权回归模型

摘要 国民体质健康是社会公共服务的重要组成部分,国民体质健康不仅受遗传、营养及体育锻炼行为的影响,还与自然地理环境(气温、海拔高度等)及社会经济(人均GDP水平、人口密度、少数民族比例、医疗卫生条件等)等因素密切相关。前期研究表明,我区各地级单位国民体质健康状况存在地区差异。了解各地级单位国民体质现状、变化规律及地区差异对于评价体质状况和体育锻炼效果、科学指导全民健身及增强人民体质、提高人口素质具有重要意义。基于此,本研究拟采用普通最小二乘法模型(Ordinary Least Square Model,OLS)及地理加权回归模型(Geographically Weighted Regression,GWR)将空间位置、国民体质监测合格率、人口密度(/km^(2))、少数民族人口比例(%)、人均GDP(元/人)、海拔高度(m)、年均气温(℃)及人均卫生机构数(所)纳入回归参数。同时,采用Pearson相关分析对国民体质监测合格率与人口密度(/km^(2))、少数民族人口比例(%)、人均GDP(元/人)、海拔高度(m)、年均气温(℃)及人均卫生机构数(所)的相关性进行分析。进一步采用地理加权回归模型分析参数间存在的空间变异关系,确定区域性差异对于新疆维吾尔自治区各地级单位国民体质健康的影响,进一步了解国民体质健康及其社会经济、生态学因素的空间关系。 National physical health is an important part of social public services.National physical health is not only affected by genetics,nutrition and physical exercise behavior,but also related to natural geographical environment(temperature,altitude,etc.)and social economy(per capita GDP level,Factors such as population density,minority ratio,medical and health conditions,etc.)are closely related.Preliminary studies have shown that there are regional differences in the physical and health status of citizens at various levels in our region.It is of great significance to understand the status quo,changing laws and regional differences of national physique in units at the local level for evaluating the physique status and the effect of physical exercise,scientifically guiding national fitness,enhancing people's physique,and improving population quality.Based on this,this study intends to use the Ordinary Least Square Model(OLS)and the Geographically Weighted Regression(GWR)model to calculate the spatial location,national physique monitoring pass rate,population density(/km^(2)),minority The proportion of ethnic population(%),per capita GDP(yuan/person),altitude(m),average annual temperature(°C)and the number of per capita health institutions(institutions)were included in the regression parameters.At the same time,Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the qualification rate of national physique monitoring and population density(/km^(2)),minority population ratio(%),per capita GDP(yuan/person),altitude(m),annual average temperature(°C)and per capita The correlation of the number of health institutions(institutions)was analyzed.The geographically weighted regression model was further used to analyze the spatial variation relationship between the parameters,to determine the impact of regional differences on the physical health of citizens at various levels in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,and to further understand the spatial relationship between national physical health and its socioeconomic and ecologic
