摘要
为研究芍药苷对草鱼血糖及抗氧化作用的影响,本实验设置6个实验组,分别为对照组(0 g/kg)、CT组(注射CCL4)、阳性对照组(200 mg/kg)、低剂量组(50 mg/kg)、中剂量组(100 mg/kg)和高剂量组(200 mg/kg)。每日灌胃1次,连续7 d,末次灌胃3 h后注射2.25 mL/kg的CCL4,24 h后取样,观察肝胰脏组织形态、检测血清生化指标、肝胰脏中脂代谢和抗氧化酶活性等的变化。结果显示,CT组血清中的葡萄糖、TG和TC含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而灌胃芍药苷组的血糖和TC含量与CT组相比显著降低(P<0.05);在肝胰脏中,中剂量组的TC、TG和LDL-C含量均显著低于CT组(P<0.05);中剂量和高剂量组的血清和肝胰脏的SOD活性显著高于CT组(P<0.05),且血清中高剂量组的ALT酶活性显著低于CT组(P<0.05)。结果表明,灌胃芍药苷可降低草鱼血糖和肝胰脏中TC、TG和LDL-C含量,100 mg/kg芍药苷能提高草鱼抗氧化能力。研究结果为芍药苷作为草鱼的功能性饲料添加剂提供了参考。
In order to study the effect of paeoniflorin on blood glucose and antioxidation of grass carp,six experimental groups were set up in this experiment:control group(0 g/kg),CT group(injected with CCL4),positive control group(200 mg/kg),low dose group(50 mg/kg),middle dose group(100 mg/kg)and high dose group(200 mg/kg).The grass carp were treated with intragastric administration once a day for 7 days.Three hours after the last intragastric administration,2.25 mL/kg CCL4was injected.After 24 hours,the samples were taken to detect the changes of hepatopancreas morphology,serum biochemical indexes,lipid metabolism and antioxidant enzyme activities.The results showed that the contents of glucose,TG and TC in serum of CT group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while the contents of blood glucose and TC in different concentrations of paeoniflorin groups were significantly lower than those in CT group(P<0.05).In hepatopancreas,the contents of TC,TG and LDL-C in medium and high dose groups were significantly lower than those in CT group(P<0.05).The activity of SOD in serum and hepatopancreas of middle dose group and high dose group was significantly higher than that of CT group(P<0.05),and the activity of ALT in serum of high dose group was significantly lower than that of CT group(P<0.05).The results showed that paeoniflorin could reduce the blood glucose and the contents of TC,TG and LDL in hepatopancreas of grass carp,and 100 mg/kg paeoniflorin could improve the antioxidant capacity of grass carp.The results provide a reference for paeoniflorin as a functional feed additive for grass carp.
