摘要
在相关概念阐释与理论研究的基础上,探讨大遗址特色文化空间与大遗址文化产业集群空间的逻辑关系,确立由“本底评价—保护规划编制—产业集聚动力机制—建设规划设计”组成的大遗址文化产业集群空间规划基本流程。构建陕西大遗址文化产业集群空间基础信息数据库,分析了陕西大遗址文化产业发展的现状。运用目标规划思想,构建大遗址特色文化空间目标体系和大遗址文化产业集群空间规划模式的目标决策分析模型,并以杜陵遗址为例,分析了其基本概况与保护利用情况,对其在文化产业发展中面临的重点问题进行总结。最后,提出基于“三生”空间的规划发展模式。
Based on the relevant conceptual interpretation and theoretical research, the logical relationship between the characteristic cultural space and the cultural industry cluster space of the great sites is discussed, and the basic process of spatial planning of the cultural industry cluster of the great sites is established, which is composed of “background evaluation-preparation of protection plan-industrial agglomeration power mechanism-construction planning and design”. The spatial basic information database of cultural industry clusters of great sites in Shaanxi Province was constructed, and the current situation of the development of cultural industry clusters was analyzed in detail. Using the idea of goal planning, the paper constructs the characteristic cultural space target system and objective decision analysis model of spatial planning mode of cultural industry cluster of great sites. Taking Duling Mausoleum as an example, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of its basic situation, protection and utilization, and summarizes the key problems it faces in the development of cultural industry. Finally, in order to promote the protection and inheritance of the culture of Duling Mausoleum, the paper puts forward the planning and development mode based on the “three-life” space.
