城市绿色创新效率的区域差异、动态演进及收敛性研究——以黄河流域沿线城市为例 被引量:4

Regional differences,dynamic evolution and convergence analysis of green innovation efficiency in the Yellow River Basin

摘要 采用考虑非期望的全局超效率EBM模型、Dagum基尼系数、核密度估计方法与收敛模型,探讨黄河流域沿线城市绿色创新效率的区域差异、动态演进及收敛性。结果表明:黄河流域绿色创新效率总体呈“阶梯式”空间分布格局,由高到低依次为下游、中游、上游地区;区域间差异是总体差异的主要来源,上游和中游间的差异最大,中游与下游间的差异最小;区域内差异大小依次为上游、中游和下游。黄河流域总体及各区域绿色发展成效显著,其中总体呈现出“强收敛—弱极化”的发展态势,上游呈现出“收敛”的发展态势,中游和下游的发展态势与总体一致。总体及各区域均存在σ收敛、绝对β收敛与条件β收敛,经济发展、环境规制、科学支出、人力资本、产业结构对绿色创新效率变化率的影响存在显著差异。 This paper adopts the global super efficiency EBM model considering unexpected output, Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition, kernel density estimation and convergence model to deeply discuss the regional differences, dynamic evolution and convergence of green innovation efficiency in the Yellow River Basin. The results show that: The green innovation efficiency of the Yellow River Basin shows an obvious “ladder” spatial distribution pattern, from high to low, they are downstream, midstream and upstream;The difference between regions is the main source of the overall difference;The difference between the upper and middle reaches is the largest, and the difference between the middle and lower reaches is the smallest;The differences within the region are in the order of upstream, midstream and downstream. The overall green development of the Yellow River Basin has achieved remarkable results, with an obvious development trend of “strong convergence-weak polarization”;The efficiency of green innovation in all regions has shown a certain upward trend;The difference is that the upstream presents a “convergence” development trend;The midstream and downstream are consistent with the overall situation. The Yellow River Basin as a whole and all regions exist σ convergence, absolute β convergence and conditions β convergence;Economic development, environmental regulation, scientific expenditure, human capital and industrial structure have significant differences in the impact on the change rate of green innovation efficiency.
