摘要
从分析智慧校园与高职院校内部质量保证体系构建的辩证关系出发,基于主体性、导向性、可操作性和客观性等原则,以常州信息职业技术学院为例介绍基于智慧校园的高职院校内部质量体系构建和内部质量保证系统建设。从建立组织机构、明确工作思路、坚持问题导向、统一思想认识、实行奖惩机制等方面提出内部质量保证体系有效实施的方式。
Starting from the analysis on the dialectical relationship between smart campus and the construction of internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges, based on the principles of subjectivity, guidance, operability and objectivity, this paper takes Changzhou Information Vocational and Technical College as an example to introduce the construction of internal quality system and internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges based on smart campus. The effective implementation of the internal quality assurance system is proposed from the aspects of establishing the organization, clarifying the working ideas, adhering to the problem orientation, unifying the thinking and understanding, and implementing the reward and punishment mechanism.
