摘要
针对电动机运行过程中的振动现象进行研究,通过对以往的电动机振动故障相关数据进行分析,确定了影响电动机振动相关因素并试验,从工艺方法、电动机制造等方面查到原因,提出了解决方案,并验证了其有效性。
This paper studies the vibration phenomenon of the electric motor in the process of operation,determines the relative factor of influencing motor vibration through analyzing the past relative data of vibration fault and carries ou the experiment.The vibration cause is found out from aspects of technology method and manufacture of the motor,and the solution is put forward.The validity of it has been verified.
