摘要
木质素是烟草中重要的生物大分子,它不仅对烟草的生长发育、抗性等农业性状存在重要影响,也与烟草加工性能、感官品质以及烟气安全性等工业适用性有着密切的关系。综述了烟草中木质素的结构与表征,烟草木质素合成酶及基因调控、转录因子调控以及其他酶和激素调控等方面的研究进展,并对今后烟草木质素调控研究进行了展望。
Lignin is an important biological macromolecule in tobacco.It has an important influence on the growth and resistance of tobacco and other agricultural properties.It is also related to industrial applicability such as tobacco processing performance,sensory quality and smoke safety.In this paper,the structure and characterization of lignin,research progress in tobacco lignin synthase and gene regulation,transcription factor regulation,and other enzyme and hormone regulation,have reviewed.The upcoming research on tobacco lignin regulation in the future is prospected.
