基于OBE的环境影响评价课程教学改革探索 被引量:3

摘要 传统的环境影响评价课程教学中存在多种问题,主要表现为学生缺少学习兴趣、实践教学环节薄弱、教材内容滞后、教学方法单一和考核方式不合理等。为了提升教学质量,培养出满足毕业要求的应用型人才,基于成果导向教育(OBE)模式,提出基于OBE的环境影响评价课程模式,通过反向设计,正向实施的模式设计课程体系、课堂教学和教学评价。根据培养目标确定毕业要求,由毕业要求确定课程目标,课程目标又决定教学内容、教学方法及课程考核。该课程的改革与实践证明OBE教育模式应用到环境影响评价课程的教学中可以很好地解决传统教育模式下存在的一些问题,适应当前高等教育改革和发展的需要。 There are many problems in the teaching of traditional Environmental Impact Assessment courses, such as students’ lack of interest in learning, weak practical teaching, lagging behind of teaching content, single teaching method, unreasonable assessment methods and so on. To improve the quality of teaching and cultivate applied talents to meet the requirements of graduation, a OBE-based Environmental Impact Assessment curriculum model is proposed based on the outcome based education(OBE) model,which design curriculum system, classroom teaching and teaching evaluation through reverse design and positive implementation. The graduation requirements depend on the training goals, and the course objectives depend on the graduation requirements. And then the teaching content, teaching methods, and course assessment are determined by the course objectives. According to the reform and practice of this course, the application of the OBE education to the teaching of Environmental Impact Assessment course can solve some problems existing in the traditional education and meet the needs of the current higher education reform and development.
