摘要
依托无人机替代外勤货运员作业,对提升货运外勤作业品质具有重要意义。在阐述铁路货运外勤工作内容、剖析存在问题以及分析铁路货运工作面临的机遇与挑战基础上,以无人机替代外勤货运员检查敞车、平车是否按方案装车,检查集装箱角件落锁、遗留物清理,检查散堆装货物顶部平整情况及其他需检查的人工作业为切入点,探讨修改规章条件下,通过在货场和专用线试验飞行,分车型分品类采集作业数据,从提升人身安全可控度、提高作业效率和降低人工成本方面分析无人机替代外勤货运员作业的效果,为无人机替代货运外勤作业提供技术支撑,有效提升铁路货运外勤作业品质。
It is of great significance to improve the quality of cargo field operations by replacing freight field workers with unmanned aerial vehicles.This paper expounded the contents of railway freight field work,analyzed the existing problems,and studied the opportunities and challenges faced by the railway freight work.Taking unmanned aerial vehicles instead of the field freight forwarders to check whether the gondola and flat cars are loaded according to the schemes,check the locking of container corner fittings and the cleanup of the leftovers,check the leveling of the top of the bulk cargos and other manual operations that need to be checked as the entry point,this paper analyzed the effect of replacing the field freight forwarder with UAV under the conditions of changing the regulations.Through the test flight in the freight yard and special line,the operation data were collected by vehicle type and category to study the improvement effect in terms of the personal safety controllability,the operation efficiency and the labor cost reduction,provide technical support for replacing the field freight operation with UAV,and effectively improve the field operation quality of railway freight.
