摘要
科技金融是科技创新的基础性支撑要素,促进科技金融发展对于助力区域创新具有重要意义。构建科技金融助力区域创新能力提升的整合性分析模型,并以中国内地31个省域为案例,从组态视角探讨了科技金融影响区域创新能力的组合因素和提升路径。研究发现:(1)科技金融并不能通过单个变量达到提升区域创新能力的效果,而是通过条件组态形式发挥作用;(2)科技金融促进区域创新能力提升的路径有4条,可归纳为3种构型,分别为“资源-环境”型、“技术驱动”型和“全维驱动”型,技术条件在其中发挥主要作用,全维驱动型分布最普遍;(3)科技金融抑制区域创新能力提升的路径有4条,亦可归纳为3种构型,分别为“技术-环境”不足型、“资源-环境”匮乏型和“全维驱动”缺失型,环境条件在其中发挥关键作用,全维驱动缺失型分布最普遍。
Science and technology finance is the basic supporting factor of science and technology innovation, and promoting the development of science and technology finance is of great significance to promote regional innovation.An integrated analysis model of technology finance to promote regional innovation capability was constructed, and 31 provinces in China's Mainland were taken as cases to discuss the combination factors and improvement paths of technology finance to influence regional innovation capability from the perspective of configuration.The findings are as follows:(1)Science and technology finance can not improve regional innovation ability through a single variable, but through conditional configuration;(2) There are four ways for science and technology finance to promote the improvement of regional innovation capability, which can be summarized into three configurations, namely “resource-environment” type, “technology-driven” type and “full-dimensional driven” type.Technical conditions play a major role, and full-dimensional driven type is the most common distribution.(3) There are four ways for sci-tech finance to inhibit the improvement of regional innovation ability, which can be summarized into three configurations, namely, “technology-environment” deficiency type, “resource-environment” deficiency type and “full-dimensional drive” deficiency type.Environmental conditions play a key role, and full-dimensional drive deficiency type is the most common distribution.
