摘要 农机装备企业的创新能力对于实现农业现代化具有重要的支撑作用。基于科技创新能力评价的理论,结合农机装备企业的特征,从研发基础、创新投入能力、科技创新效益以及营销能力四个角度,采用层次分析法(AHP)构建农机装备企业创新能力评价体系,并运用此指标体系分析了江苏省样本农机装备企业创新能力。研究表明企业研发经费增长率、研发经费占比、创新产品带动农业经济发展效益3要素是表征农机装备企业创新能力的最重要指标。并探讨了科技革命、产业变革和政策环境对创新能力建设的影响。 The innovation ability of agricultural machinery equipment enterprises plays an important supporting role in realizing agricultural modernization. Based on the theory of scientific and technological innovation ability evaluation and combining with the characteristics of the agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises, this paper applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to constructing innovation ability evaluation system of the agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises from four perspectives: R&D foundation, innovation input ability, scientific and technological innovation efficiency and marketing ability, and uses this evaluation system to conduct empirical analysis on agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises samples in Jiangsu province.The results show that the growth rate of R&D funds, the proportion of R&D funds, and the benefit of agricultural economic development driven by innovative products are the most important indicators to characterize the innovation ability of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises.Meanwhile, the influence of scientific and technological revolution, industrial reform and policy environment on innovation ability building is worthy of attention.
