摘要
内蒙古自治区是我国能源大区,鄂尔多斯市作为典型的资源型城市,化石能源和非化石能源储量丰富,在此区域实现碳达峰碳中和目标意义重大。本文以内蒙古鄂尔多斯市为例,分析其化石能源清洁低碳化和非化石能源规模化推进现状,发现实际中存在产业结构尚需优化、技术尚待改进、缺乏资金支持等主要问题,并探究“双碳”目标下通过进一步优化产业结构、提升技术水平、加大资金支持等方式推进“两化”的路径。
Inner Mongolia is a region of rich energy in China, and Erdos City is a typical resource city, with abundant fossil and non-fossil energy reserves. Therefore, it is of great significance to achieve the carbon peak and carbon neutrality in Inner Mongolia represented by Erdos City. This paper takes Erdos City as a case and analyzes its current situation in terms of clean and low-carbon fossil energy and large-scale non-fossil energy.It is found that there are still various problems awaiting resolution, such as industrial structure to be optimized, technologies to be improved, and lack of financial support.Then, this paper explores the paths of promoting clean and low-carbon fossil energy and large-scale non-fossil energy under the “dual carbon goals”(namely, carbon peak and carbon neutrality), including further optimization of industrial structure, improvement of technologies and increase in financial support.
