摘要
描述了业财融合的内涵,论述业财融合在煤炭企业中的重要性,分析煤炭企业业财融合中存在的对业财融合的认识较为浅显、业务和财务部门存在矛盾、财务人员综合素质有待提高、数据信息共享平台有待完善、激励措施健全程度不足等问题,提出加强煤炭企业业财融合的建议:加强对业财融合的重视,加强业务和财务部门的沟通,设立专业的业财融合团队,构建业财融合数字信息平台,完善业财融合管理制度。
This study first describes the connotation of the integration of industry and finance,then discusses the importance of the integration of industry and finance in coal enterprises,and then expounds the problems existing in the integration of industry and finance in coal enterprises,such as the relatively simple understanding of the integration of industry and finance,the contradiction between business and financial departments,the comprehensive quality of financial personnel to be improved,the data and information sharing platform to be improved,and the lack of sound incentive measures,Finally,according to the problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the integration of industry and finance of coal enterprises. The first is to strengthen the attention to the integration of industry and finance,the second is to strengthen the communication between business and financial departments,the third is to establish a professional integration team of industry and finance,the fourth is to build a digital information platform of industry and finance integration,and the fifth is to improve the management system of industry and finance integration, hoping to provide guidance for strengthening the integration of industry and finance of coal enterprises.
