摘要
通过对DSJ80/2*40、DSJ100/2*75皮带机机头传动部一体化、智能化升级改造,提出了具体的改造实施方案,并与原系统进行结构、性能、经济运行等进行对比分析,带式输送机进行智能驱动升级改造后启动平缓,胶带受力小,增加了胶带的使用寿命,减少了运输系统维护成本,增加了企业的经济效益,具有一定的推广意义。
By integral and intelligent upgrade and reform to the belt conveyor header parts of DSJ80/2*40 and DSJ100/2*75,propose a specific reforming contrast and analysis with criginal system construction, performance and economic operation.After intelligent driving upgrade and reform of the belt conveyor are carried out, the belt endurance is small, in crease the belt serive life, reduce the maintenance cost of the transporting system, increase economic benefit of enterprises and have a certain spreading significance.
