摘要
我国医学院校马克思主义学院经过一段时期发展,数量和质量都有了很大提升。建好马克思主义学院对于加强党的全面领导、落实立德树人根本任务、促进医学生全面发展具有重要意义。对照新时代背景下马克思主义学院建设的新要求,在师资队伍建设、教学质量、学科建设、科研开展和社会服务等方面存在诸多问题,为此有针对性地提出优化学科布局、创新研究方法,加强交叉融合、配齐教师队伍、提高教学水平、改革教学模式、提高服务能力、做好宣传咨询等措施。
After a period of development,many achievements in both quantity and quality have been made in the construction of faculty of Marxism in medical colleges.It is of great significance to improve the quality of the construction of for strengthening the Party’s overall leadership,implementing the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people and promoting the over all development of medical college students.According to the new requirements of the construction of faculty of Marxism in medical colleges in the new era,there are many problems in teachers team construction,faculties’quality,quality of teaching,discipline construction,scientific research and community service.Therefore,this paper puts forward measures to optimize discipline layout and innovate research methods,strengthen cross integration and increase the number of teachers,improve the teaching level and reform the teaching mode,improve the service ability and strengthen publicity and consultation.
