摘要
针对煤矿排水系统水泵扬程受限,无法满足深层排水任务的问题,设计多水平矿井泵房排水设备控制方案。重点介绍了以CPU315-2DP为核心的多水平排水设备控制方案硬件、软件设计思路并完成实际应用效果分析。结果表明,优化后的排水设备控制方案能够满足矿井深层排水任务,实现了排水设备高效、稳定、安全运行且经济效益明显。
Aiming at the problem that the pump head of coal mine drainage system is limited to meet the deep drainage task,the control scheme of multi-level mine pump room drainage equipment is designed.The hardware and software design ideas of the multi-level drainage equipment control scheme with CPU315-2DP as the core are highlighted and practical application effect analysis is completed.The application results show that the optimized drainage equipment control scheme can meet the deep drainage task of the mine and achieve efficient,stable and safe operation of drainage equipment with obvious economic effects.
