摘要 内蒙古频发的干旱制约着本区域社会经济发展与生态环境安全,摸清其研究现状可为本区域干旱防御与未来研究的方向提供参考。本研究采用文献综述的方式,对近20年300余篇相关文献进行了梳理。研究发现:内蒙古干旱研究集中于时空演变特征、形成机理、自然与社会影响、干旱监测与预警、干旱治理和风险管理等6个方面;各类干旱指标在不同自然区域的适宜性基本得以厘清,同时揭示了干旱频发且严重地区的成因、影响及治理措施,初步形成了有效的干旱监测和风险管理体系;但缺乏对极端干旱动态过程及其对牧草、牲畜、牧民收入等方面影响研究,面向牧区的精细化干旱监测与预警模式有待建立,干旱对农业生产影响的研究较为薄弱,区域内干旱风险评估过程与指标缺乏标准。本研究明确了以往内蒙古干旱研究的侧重点和未来需深入探究的方向,可为后续相关研究的开展和科学制定干旱防御政策提供参考。 The frequent droughts in Inner Mongolia have hindered the socio-economic development and ecological security of the region,and a clear understanding of the progress on the research can provide insights into drought prevention and future research.Thus,this study reviewed more than 300 drought-related papers published in the past 20 years and summarized their main contributions.Our findings are that the research on drought in Inner Mongolia has focused on six aspects,i.e.,the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics,the mechanism of disaster formation,the impacts on natural environment and human society,the technology of drought monitoring and early warning,the strategy of drought management and its risk management in Inner Mongolia.The suitability of various drought indicators in different natural regions of Inner Mongolia has been basically clarified,the causes,impacts and management measures in drought-prone and severe areas have been revealed,and an effective research system of drought monitoring and risk management has been formed.However,there is a lack of research on the dynamic process of extreme drought and its impacts on pasture,livestock and herders’income.A refined model of drought monitoring and early warning for the pastoral areas needs to be established;the research on the impacts of drought in Inner Mongolia on agricultural production is weak;the index system and the evaluation process of drought risk assessment in the region lack standards.This study clarifies the focus of previous drought research in Inner Mongolia and the future research directions that need to be explored in depth,which can provide reference for the subsequent development of related research and the formulation of drought prevention policies.
