长三角区域科技协同创新水平测度及提升研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于科技协同创新对于推进长三角一体化建设的重要性,通过构建长三角区域科技协同创新指标体系,并运用熵值法进行测算后发现:长三角科技协同创新水平整体呈上升趋势,但区域内各大高校、企业和科研机构等主体间的协同创新水平有所下降。针对长三角主体间科技创新合作方式单一、要素流通不畅、保障机制缺乏等问题,三省一市应通过加强协同创新顶层设计、构建开放融合的创新环境、优化创新一体化发展路径等举措,更高水平提升长三角区域科技协同创新水平。 Based on the importance of scientific and technological collaborative innovation in promoting the integrated construction of the Yangtze River Delta,this paper constructed the index system of regional innovation in the Delta,and calculated it by entropy method.It was found that the level of scientific and technological collaborative innovation in the Yangtze River Delta was on the rise as a whole,but the level of collaborative innovation among universities,enterprises and scientific research institutions in the region has declined.In view of the problems of single mode of the innovation cooperation among subjects in the Yangtze River Delta,poor circulation of elements and lack of guarantee mechanism,three provinces and one city should enhance the level of the collaborative innovation in the Yangtze River Delta by strengthening the top-level design of collaborative innovation,building an open and integrated innovation environment,and optimizing the development path of innovation integration.
