摘要
探析了对康复期精神分裂症患者采取舞动治疗措施的临床效果。选取2020年1月—2022年1月间锡盟安神医院收治的80例慢性康复期精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表分组方式将所有患者分为对照组与观察组(n=40)。对照组提供常规对症治疗,观察组在此基础上辅以结构式舞动治疗。从两组患者的阴性症状、自我效能及生活质量方面评价舞动治疗的应用价值。研究发现,对康复期精神分裂症患者给予对症康复联合舞动治疗,对患者的病情改善有积极影响,可提高患者自我效能及生活质量,值得临床推广。
The clinical effect of dance movement therapy on schizophrenia patients in convalescence was analyzed.80 schizophrenic patients in chronic rehabilitation period hospitalized in Anshen Hospital of Xilingol League from January 2020 to January 2022 were included as the research object,and all patients were divided into control group and observation group(n=40)by random number table grouping.The control group was provided with conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was supplemented with structural dance therapy on this basis.The application value of dance movement therapy was evaluated from the negative symptoms,self-efficacy and quality of life of the two groups of patients.The study found that the symptomatic rehabilitation combined with dance therapy for schizophrenia patients in the rehabilitation period has a positive impact on the improvement of the condition,can improve the self-efficacy and quality of life of patients,and is worth promoting.
