摘要
探讨了桃红四物汤加减治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛气滞血瘀证的临床疗效。将2019年8月—2022年3月南京市溧水区中医院收治的54例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者纳入研究,皆经中医诊治为气滞血瘀证,用双盲法对其进行分组,对照组(27例)行常规治疗,观察组(27例)用桃红四物汤加减治疗,对比两组治疗效果。与对照组的总有效率77.78%相比,观察组的96.30%更高(P<0.05)。治疗2周、4周后,观察组的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对带状疱疹后遗神经痛气滞血瘀证运用桃红四物汤加减治疗,能够提高疗效,改善疼痛。
This paper discusses the clinical efficacy of Taohong Siwu Decoction in treating postherpetic neuralgia with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.54 patients with postherpetic neuralgia treated in Lishui District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanjing from August 2019 to March 2022 were selected to be included in the study.They were diagnosed and treated as qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine.They were divided into two groups by double blind method.The control group(27 cases)received routine treatment,and the observation group(27 cases)received modified Taohong Siwu Decoction to compare the effects.The total effective rate of the control group was 77.78%,which was higher than 96.30%of the observation group(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome with Taohong Siwu decoction can improve the curative effect and pain.
