摘要
考试型社会是考试在社会结构、政治生活、个人发展中占有重要甚至是关键性地位,考试影响无所不在的社会。当前社会由于考试使用的广泛化、考试控制的高强度、考试结果的高厉害性而呈现为考试型社会。在考试型社会中,学生成为考试化的存在,理性检视考试实践对学生自由的影响可以发现,考试在一定程度上损害了学生自由,显现出躯体自由被压抑、精神自由遭蚕食、心灵自由受遮蔽的现实困境。本研究认为可通过理性认识考试功能、审慎使用考试工具、激发学生主体自由三方面实现突围。
An exam-oriented society is one in which exams have assumed an important and even critical role,affecting all aspects of the society including social structure,political life,and individual development. China today is turning to be an exam-oriented society due to the universal application of exams,the high intensity of control by exams,and the decisiveness of exam results. In an exam-oriented society,students exist for the sake of exams. A rational inspection of the impact of exam on students’ freedom reveals that it impairs student freedom to a certain degree. Students’ physical freedom is suppressed,their mental freedom is encroached,and their spiritual freedom is sheltered. These practical dilemmas can be broken in the following three aspects:taking the function of an exam rationally;using an exam as a tool prudently;and activating students’ subjective freedom.
