黑土修复区紫穗槐灌丛土壤修复效果及腐殖质特征

摘要 为探究紫穗槐(Amorpha fruticosa)在黑土修复区的生态效益及灌丛内、外土壤腐殖质(Humic substance,HS)特征,对宾县典型黑土修复区种植1年、5年、7年、10年、16年的紫穗槐灌丛内、外土壤与自然恢复模式(CK)下的土壤理化性质及腐殖质特征进行了分析,并探讨了它们之间的关系。结果表明:在种植第16年时土壤三相比R值为25.16,显著优于自然恢复区的28.28,种植区灌丛内土壤整体优于灌丛外土壤。与自然恢复模式相比pH从8.00降低至6.27,有机碳(Soil organic carbon,SOC)从20.84 g·kg^(-1)增加至62.60 g·kg^(-1),腐殖酸碳(total soil humic acid carbon,HAcC)从5.36 g·kg^(-1)增加至23.54 g·kg^(-1),腐殖质总碳(Humic substance carbon,HSC)从9.96 g·kg^(-1)增加至36.36 g·kg^(-1),灌丛内、外土壤差异显著,富集率为41.61%、55.56%和55.52%;该地区胡敏素碳(Humin carbon,Hu-C)占土壤腐殖质总碳的主要部分,灌丛内种植7年(Y7)及以上土壤胡敏酸碳含量、灌丛内种植5年(Y5)及以下富里酸碳(Fulvic acid carbon,FA-C)含量次之,灌丛外土壤除种植16年(Y16)外,富里酸碳含量均低于灌丛内含量;该地区5种种植年龄的有机碳、腐殖酸碳、腐殖质总碳与胡敏酸碳、土壤毛管孔隙度(SCP)、总孔隙度(STP)两两间呈显著正相关(P<0.05),有机碳与pH、土壤容重呈显著的负相关(P<0.05)。研究证明,在黑土修复区的恢复中,可以通过适当施有机肥及向土壤中增添沙子等增加孔隙度的方式影响土壤腐殖质的形成,以改善土壤结构与肥力。 In order to explore the ecological benefits of Amorpha fruticosa in the black soil restoration area,the physical and chemical properties and humus characteristics of the soil inside and outside the Amorpha fruticosa bush planted for 1,5,7,10 and 16 years in the typical black soil restoration area of Binxian county and the soil under the natural restoration mode were analyzed,and the relationship between the soil physical and chemical properties was discussed.The results showed that in the 16th year of planting,the soil three-phase ratio R value was 25.16,which was significantly better than 28.28 in the natural restoration area.The soil in the shrub in the planting area was better than that outside the shrub.Compared with the natural restoration mode,the pH decreased from 8.00 to 6.27,the organic carbon increased from 20.84 g·kg^(-1)to 62.60 g·kg^(-1),the humic acid carbon increased from 5.36 g·kg^(-1)to 23.54 g·kg^(-1),and the total humus carbon increased from 9.96 g·kg^(-1)to 36.36 g·kg^(-1).The difference between the soil inside and outside the bush was significant,and the nutrient enrichment rates were 41.61%,55.56%and 55.52%.Humin carbon accounted for the main part of total soil humus carbon in this area.Humic acid carbon content of soil cultivated for seven years and above in the shrub took the second place,fulvic acid carbon content of soil cultivated for seven years and below in the shrub was subsequent to the former,and fulvic acid carbon content of soil outside the shrub was less than that in the shrub except which was cultivated for sixteen years.Organic carbon,humic acid carbon,total humus carbon and humic acid carbon,soil capillary porosity and total porosity of the five planting ages in this area were significantly positively correlated(P<0.05),while organic carbon was negatively correlated with pH and soil bulk density(P<0.05).The research proves that in the restoration of black soil restoration area,the formation of soil humus can be affected by applying organic fertilizer and adding sand to
