摘要
研究了心脏外科重症监护室(CICU)患者应用降噪耳塞和背景音乐对身心状态的影响。研究抽取CICU病例样本共60例,样本抽取年限为2021年1月—2022年5月,分组方法为双盲法,将全部病例分为甲、乙两组,每组各纳入30例。甲组应用降噪耳塞干预,乙组应用背景音乐干预。对比两组干预前后心理评分、生命体征、生活质量(QOL)及满意率等情况。乙组患者经过干预后,舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、呼吸频率(RR)、心率(HR)等生命体征均低于甲组。乙组患者经过干预后,抑郁/焦虑自评量表(SDS、SAS)评分结果低于甲组(P<0.05)。对比两组满意率结果发现,乙组总体上也高于甲组(P<0.05)。由此可知,CICU患者应用背景音乐干预的效果显著,可改善患者呼吸、心率、血压等各项体征,消除负性心理,还可改善其生活质量,值得临床进一步借鉴推广。
The effects of noise reduction earplugs and background music on physical and mental status of patients in cardiac surgery intensive care unit(CICU)were studied.A total of 60 cases of CICU were selected from January 2021 to May 2022.The grouping method was double blind.All cases were divided into two groups,A and B,with 30 cases in each group.Group A used noise reduction earplug intervention,and group B used background music intervention.The psychological scores,vital signs,quality of life(QOL)and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.After intervention,diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),respiratory rate(RR),heart rate(HR)and other vital signs of patients in group B were lower than those in group A.After intervention,the score of SDS and SAS in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the satisfaction rate of group B was also higher than that of group A(P<0.05).It can be seen that the background music intervention for CICU patients has a significant effect,which can improve the patient’s breathing,heart rate,blood pressure and other physical signs,eliminate negative psychology,improve the level of physical and mental health,and also improve their quality of life.The patients are generally satisfied,which can be further used for reference and promotion.
